Start with the unit address, current and proposed use, a floor plan if one exists, and photos of the space. List the changes you want to walls, doors, washrooms, equipment, lighting, plumbing and finishes. Share your desired opening date and any hours when the building must stay operating. If you have a lease work letter or landlord requirements, include those too; they may affect access, base-building systems and who approves the work.
Identify what is decided and what still needs design or municipal review.
